The only way to take CBD oil wrong, is to not take enough.

The best way for CBD oil to absorb into your system is to take it sublingually. Fill the dropper to the suggested dose (.4ml or .8ml) and release the contents under your tongue. Allow the oil to sit under your tongue for at least 60 seconds, up to 2 minutes. The longer it is held sublingually, the better. Swallow the oil after. It can be washed down with any liquids after swallowing. We suggest taking at least one dose daily, as the CBD needs to build up in your system for it to work properly. Persons with severe conditions can take the oil every 4-6 hours, as needed. For personalized dosage recommendations, please contact us.

We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service. We do not ship on Sundays, Mondays, or holidays, as we are closed on these days. Orders placed by 4pm will ship the same day, except on Sundays, Mondays, or holidays. Orders placed after 4pm will ship the next business day. Delta 8 is manufactured from CBD that has been extracted from Hemp using a chemical process. Delta 9 is directly extracted from hemp with no chemical processes utilized and is the intoxicating and highly regulated substance that is found in medical and recreational cannabis.
